Fast lane is too challenging; lack of guts to get into the medium lane as doesn't even know how to front crawl properly, Beth Lau is an artist who finds inspiration in morning, routine and merely swim with breaststroke because it feels safer.

She is also one of the most annoying type of swimmers who is relatively good at her strikes hence out-swims her fellow swimmers in the slow lane. She is ambitious, but not fast enough. Yet she decided to visit various swimming pools which caught her interest and review through a tongue-in-cheek fashion.
